Premiered by the Iceland Symphony Orchestra at Dark Music Days in Harpa, 2025. Originally written for the Reykjavík Chamber Orchestra in 2022, then later arranged for a full orchestra at ISO’s request.

Pons papilloma

Comissioned by the Iceland Symphony Orchestra and Daniel Bjarnason for the Dark Music Days festival, premiered in Harpa in 2023.

The piece was inspired by brain surgeries I had in 2019 where a benign tumour (of the type Plexus papilloma) was removed from my brain stem (Pons).
